What shipping companies do you use?

Most orders are shipped using UPS and USPS services. We offer delivery to Puerto Rico (PR), Hawaii (HI), and Alaska (AK) with additional shipping fees determined by individual quote.

Please note that we do not ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI) or to PO Box addresses. While we make every effort to identify and cancel orders placed to these locations, we cannot guarantee interception before shipment. Any delivery issues resulting from orders placed to these restricted addresses will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

For deliveries to PR, please contact our customer service team for a personalized shipping quote before placing your order. This will ensure accurate shipping costs and avoid any potential order cancellations.

Items purchased from our Canada Store are shipped from Calgary, Canada by UPS or Canada Post services. Please note that we are unable to ship to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Newfoundland and Labrador.

What are my shipping options?

Syneticusa.com uses designated carriers and customers are not able to change that carrier. However, customers can expedite their shipping for select products. Please refer to the page detail to see if expedited shipping is available.

How Long Will It Take for Me to Receive My Order?

Ordering Process Timeline

  1. Customer Order Placement

    • Orders can be placed online 24/7, or via phone and email during operation hours.
    • An order confirmation email is sent upon successful placement.
  2. Order Processing (1-2 Business Days)

    • Order details are verified for accuracy.
    • Inventory availability is checked.
    • Payment is processed and confirmed.
    • The order is forwarded to the warehouse for fulfillment.
  3. Order Fulfillment (1-2 Business Days)

    • Items are picked from inventory.
    • A quality check is conducted.
    • The order is securely packed for shipment.
  4. Shipping & Delivery (5-7 Business Days)

    • Orders are dispatched via the selected shipping method.
    • Standard Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost (e.g., 2-day air delivery).
    • Tracking details are provided to the customer.
    • The designated courier (e.g., UPS) attempts delivery within the estimated timeframe.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Overnight Shipping: Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 AM Pacific Time) Monday through Friday to ensure next-business-day delivery.
  • Bulk Orders: Large or bulk part orders may require 10-14 business days for fulfillment.
  • Delivery Exceptions: Business days do not include weekends or national holidays. Delivery times may vary based on order volume, shipping destination, and product availability.
  • Pre-Order Shipping Policy
    Certain items are available for pre-order and will ship on the estimated date indicated on the product page. 

    Please note:

    • Pre-order items may require extended fulfillment times.

    • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together unless otherwise specified.

    • Pre-orders may be canceled upon confirmation for a full refund prior to shipment.

Note: Over 90% of orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days for faster delivery service.

Is combined shipping available??

All item(s) purchased in a single order will be shipped together. If you have multiple separate orders of items, we can arrange for all of your purchases to be shipped together for your convenience only after a full payment for all items is received. Please contact our customer service department for additional details.

Has my order been shipped?

Once we shipped your product, you will be provided a tracking number. We aim to deliver your purchase(s) as soon as possible. Therefore, either UPS or USPS will be used.

You may go to UPS or USPS to track your package.

What should I do if a shipment is refused or undeliverable?

Any refused or undeliverable shipments will not be granted a refund under any circumstances. Returned shipments will be held until the customer pays an additional fee for the package to be re-shipped. If a UPS shipment is in transit and an address change occurs that is through no fault of ours, an additional correction fee will be applied and is at the expense of the customer.
